Surgical Services
Our state-of-the-art surgical equipment provides performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures. Pre-anesthetic medications are given to reduce anxiety and pain while waiting for surgery. Pre-anesthetic medications also reduce the amount of anesthesia needed. We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients. Using proper updated equipment, the patient's vital signs are monitored during and after all anesthetic procedures. A surgical tech is with the pet throughout the procedure and the duration of extubation, waking up from surgery.

Emergency
In today's world, medical emergencies happen more frequently than we would like. When pets get hurt in an accident or they have a life-threatening medical condition, they need emergency care just as humans do.

Emergency care involves stabilizing the patient and may include placing intravenous catheters, administering IV fluids, pain medications, oxygen therapy and sometimes blood or plasma transfusions. Our in-house laboratory, radiology and ultrasound capabilities enable us to get crucial diagnostic information very quickly.
